    I love smoothies! I usually make mine with the coconut milk (unsweetened) and they’re delicious and the milk is only about 40 calories per cup!

    Looks really good. Breakfast is often hectic here at my house so I am wanting to try out more smoothies in the morning.

    I put powdered peanut butter in my smoothies. It still has the taste and protein… just a lot less calories.

    There is nothing I love more than peanut butter, except when it’s combined with chocolate. This looks outstanding!

    back in high school I remember the coach telling the kids to have peanut butter and banana sandwiches to help bulk them up . With the amount of carbs in that and sodium I’m not sure thats on the healthy side but it sure sounds and looks delicious
