I have been working on adding running into my exercise routine.  Running is really hard for me both mentally and physically so I like to interval train while I run.   I start by walking to warm up, then run for 1 minute, walk for 2, run for 1 minute, and then run for 2.  I do this for about 30 minutes.  It is a great workout, gets my heart pumping, and helps me control my breathing.  Interval training has really help me add running into my exercise routine.  The great thing is this helps me burn more calories than a workout using a steady intensity.
