It was almost my sons birthday and I forgot to order the Star Wars Cupcake Toppers that I wanted to get him for his school cupcakes.  Ugh! What was I going to do?!  I decided to stress less and get creative.  I had remembered seeing on Pinterest people using marshmallows to make Lego Cupcake Toppers, so I thought, why not use marshmallows to make Easy Stormtropper Cupcakes!

2 Dozen Premade Cupcakes – Of course you can make your own, but I wanted easy!

2 Dozen Large Marshmallows

Use the black edible marker and draw a Storm Trooper face on each marshmallow.

Place the marshmallow on the center of each cupcake.

Pass out to happy friends

See, I told you it was so easy to make these Stormtrooper Cupcakes.  The students at my sons school loved them, but most importantly, so did he, and he was so proud to pass them out to his friends.
