FitnessGlo Makes Finding Time for Fitness Easy for Moms | Giveaway

It is summertime, that means it is time to get in shape for those family picnics and pool days. Walking on the treadmill or doing the same workout DVD’s that you have had for the past 5 years can get kind of boring and monotonous.   If you are like me,  you just need a change and some inspiration.  That is why I was so excited to write this review and sponsored post for FitnessGlo online video classes.

FitnessGlo is a website FOR women made BY women! It was made with the working woman in mind who needs to get a quick workout in during their busy day.  The classes are designed shorter to give every woman the chance to get a great workout in, in just a small frame of time. Each online class can be combined with other classes for the times when you can take the time to workout for longer periods of time.

The workouts allows you to help you to obtain a balance across strength, cardio, and stretch each week. An important reminder to make sure you are maintaining that balance, rather than focusing only on strength or on cardio. The goal of the website is to help women find balance in their lives by finding a workout, doing the workout, and then enjoy living!

I love that depending on my mood and or time I have to workout, I could easily select a workout and get started.  From Hip Hop Basics to Super Sculpt, and Tabata Full Body Blast to Recharge Your Batteries, I could always find a workout that worked for me.   The instructors kept me moving every step of the way.

New members are given a free 15 day trial to try out FitnessGlo and find out if it’s right for you.

They have links to Ask a Trainer, so that you can make sure that you’re doing everything right, or to find out anything that you’re just not sure about. They also have a Class of the Day that you can select if you are having trouble deciding on what workout to select for the day.

You can also kick start your year with an 8 week class if you choose to purchase a membership. It guides you through everything so that all you have to do is move without ever leaving the house. I know that sometimes we as women don’t workout nearly as much as we should because of kids, our busy schedules, and sometimes even because we think we do not have the time. With FitnessGlo, you can get that workout in!  Just find the workout you want to do, and do it!
