I love that I can access the workouts on Gaiam TV no matter where I am whether it is on my computer at home or through my iphone when I am on the go. And their large selection of workouts from yoga videos to cross train, and everything in between make it so easy to find workouts you love and want to do. I love their Jillian Michael’s and The Firm workouts. Gaiam TV also has inspirational movies and wellness videos to help inspire and motivate you.

I like the Personal development series under spiritual tab. Very Motivating
The addition of spiritual development along with the physical development.
I like that I can access if via my iPad and not worry about the girls interrupting because I can have them watch a movie while I exercise.
