HappiTaps Beary Happi- Must Have Toy for Your Toddler and iphone

My 2 year old loves playing with my iphone. It always amazes me how he can slide through the pages to select the app he wants to play with. So when I heard about HappiTaps Beary Happi I could not wait to review it. What is so cool about Beary Happi is that it is not only an app for your iphone/ipod touch, but it is also the first-of-its-kind toy/app hybrid. Plus it is so stinking cute!!

HappiTaps are the first-of-its-kind toy/app hybrid. A lovable teddy-bear friend that leverages toddlers’ newly found fascination with touchscreen smartphones and the classic comfort of plush, huggable toys that creates a truly interactive, lovable companion.

As soon as Beary Happi arrived in the mail, I downloaded the Free HappiTaps iphone app. Once it was installed I put my iphone in Beary Happi and gave it to Baybah to have some fun. Baybah loved it! Beary Happi came to life as he told jokes, sang songs, played peek-a-boo, and rattled. Baybah also loved being able to take care of Beary Happi by helping him fall asleep, petting him, and feeding him. He especially loved giving Beary Happi bananas to eat!

One of my favorite features of the HappiTaps app is that it has a Toddler Mode. When you put Toddler Mode on, it cycles through the activities automatically. Kind of like an “auto pilot” for Baybah so he can sit back, relax, and be taken from one activity to the next. When he gets a little older, Manual Mode will be perfect for him to easily navigate the different activities and games from the activity menu all by himself. There are seven games and activities included in the free app, so Baybah has plenty activities to play with. There are also more features available as an in-app purchase.

I also adore the Beary Happi case. This little teddy bear makes it so easy for Baybah to hold onto my iphone without it slipping and falling out of his hands. I also love how Beary Happi acts as a protective case for my phone. No more shattered screens for me! Another great thing that Beary Happi does is cover the home button. Sometimes when Baybah is playing with an app he will accidentally hit the home button and then has to find his app and start all over again. Having the button covered prevents that from happening and Baybah can just continue to play.

I think that the HappiTaps Beary Happi is a must have if you have kids and an iPhone and would make the perfect stocking stuffer for your little one. They will love it!
