Are you looking for charming stories starring the characters you know and love from your childhood? Then I’d like to introduce to you- My1story! A wonderful collection of the classics brought back to life in a kinder, gentler and more thoughtfully recreated light. We were able to review, Lil’ Riding Hood- I Love Cake! This sweet book will leave your little one falling asleep knowing Granny is a-ok. It’s the darling story we all know and love minus that big bad wolf. Instead you’ll find a cuddly little wolf cub that loves cake! This creatively written story by Jaime Rodriguez and Ricardo Venegas is all about sharing with Grandma’s guidance. The characters are brought to life through the fantastic illustrations by author/illustrator, Jamie Rodriguez. Jamie is a former character artist for the Walt Disney Company and the vision used to illustrate these characters will not leave you disappointed.

While reading to Sweet Pea she holds on tight to her very own Lil’ Riding Hood plush toy. She is soft to the touch and is very loveable with her great big green eyes and matching over-sized eyelashes. Lil’ Riding Hood is dressed in a sweet pink polka-dot dress that couldn’t be cuter with coordinating pink Mary Jane shoes. My favorite part of her attire is her ultra-soft hood! Sweet Pea stares at her and smiles with joy when playing with her. It is really neat watching her connect with her doll.
