I have been feeling great this pregnancy so far as far as morning sickness is concerned, but I have been completely exhausted. The last thing that I have wanted to do is workout. I would really like to change that because I know how great it makes me feel. It is just getting the energy up to do it. I thought why not combine my workouts with something that my entire family loves to do, swimming. We have about a month and a half left before our community pool closes until next year and I want to take full advantage of the time we have left.
Although I was in the swim team and synchronize swimming when I was little, I needed some ideas for a pregnancy water workout. I know I could swim laps or run in the deep end, but I wanted to find something that would be fun for me to do too. So I headed online to research. I have to admit, there were not too many options out there for pregnancy water workouts, but I did find one that I really liked. I also found a great warm-up routine to really get my blood pumping before I start the water workout.

My goal this next month is to make sure I incorporate these workouts into my routine at least 3 times a week. I also would like to continue walking and focus on drinking water. Combined with those workouts and the end of my first trimester, I hope I have lots more energy!
