Mamavation Monday 300x198 Starting Over | Mamavation Monday

I am pretty excited to tell you that I have been teamed up with my friends Andrea and  Megan from the Sistahood.  We were teamed up to really help give each other support and to remind each other why we are on this journey.   After being a Mamavation Mom with all eyes on my weight loss journey  it has been really hard for me to adjust to not having that accountability.  My old habits slowly fell back into place and so did my weight.  I am unfortunately only 1 pound from where I started as a Mamavation Mom.  But I am not going to let that get me down.  I feel a renewed sense of energy to keep going.  School is out for the summer so I have no excuse and I have two great ladies by my side.

Why am I on this journey?  The same reason as when I first applied to be a Mamavation Mom.  I want to be fit, healthy, and make my son proud!

My goals for this Week:

  1. Get in at least 10,000 steps a day.
  2. Drink at least 100 oz of water a day.
  3. Do Tae-Bo at least 3 times.

  1. I’m so glad you ladies have each other!! Good luck, I know you can do it!

  2. It’s amazing how easy it is to gain it back when you just let things slide a little! I’ve been sliding up and down and up and down for quite awhile now–here’s to both of us sticking to it this time!!! :)

  3. Which Tae Bo video are you doing? Yeah for more support! It really does make a difference.

  4. Same thing happened to me the first time. You can do it!!

  5. Good luck with the new accountability partnering. You know what works for you so I feel confident this system will give you results you want.

  6. Janice - Fitness Cheerleader says:

Life is a journey and everything that happens teaches us more about ourselves that we can draw upon to make ourselves stronger. I’m sure that with some careful self reflection you’ll be able to find a philosphy and perspective about health and exercise that will work for you. Congrats on teaming up with two awesome and inspirational ladies who’ll help you on your journey – you can do this! Have a great week!

  7. Good work! I love Tae Bo!
