First off, I wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS to Wendy and Hanan for being the newest set of Mamavation Mom Graduates!! I am so proud of you both.  You are both strong amazing women that are going to do great as you continue on your journey!
Happy Mamavation Monday everyone! This week I wanted to talk a little bit about workout music!

One of the main things that helps keep me going during a workout is music. I LOVE MUSIC but have realized my workout playlist is dusty and needs an update. I have some old favorites on there, but I really would love some new music to get me moving and keep me motivated. I of course searched my favorite place for inspiration, Pinterest, and found some awesome Workout Playlists from Peanut Butter Fingers. She even has a Disney workout playlist. Gotta love that!!

My goals for this Week:

  1. Get in at least 10,000 steps a day.
  2. Drink at least 100 oz of water a day.
  3. Do Tae-Bo at least 3 times.
  4. Create my own workout playlist

  5. I walk primarily and listen to podcasts. When I get to the point where I’m doing Tabatas again I’ll have to create a fast playlist. Good luck on reaching your goals this week!

    • NO! Had no clue. I am using ancient DVD’s. I absolutely love kickboxing. For me kickboxing is the sport that gives me the runners high. I am going to have to look into the TaeboTV!!

  7. I don’t like to listen to music when I workout. Is that weird??? If I am on the treadmill, I would rather watch a movie or TV show and if I am outside, I would rather listen to nature…or the cars. Ok – yeah, I am strange.

    We’re in it to win it together!! All the way!
